Driven by a philosophy that working out should be enjoyable, I impart to clients the sheer joy of meaningful movement and the rewards of stepping outside of one’s comfort zone. My specialties are strength and conditioning, mobility, acrobatics, injury prevention and rehabilitation, pre/post natal training and Capoeira Angola. I’m certified in and utilize Functional Range Conditioning, TRX Suspension Training and Kettlebell Training.
Work with Me
All programs are individually customized to your fitness and skill goals and include weekly email check-ins and accountability. We’ll work with the equipment in your gym or home and I’ll include a personalized equipment shopping list if you don’t have access to a gym.
Live Personal Training
One-on-one 1-hour live personal training sessions, in-person or Zoom, 2 or 3 times per week
Ideal if you need motivation and attention to detail, or if you are returning from an injury or surgery
Remote Coaching
Monthly asynchronous programming via Trainerize
Ideal if you need flexibility to fit in workouts on your own time
